He laid everything out step by step from how the sale would occur to all the cool features in my Escape and showed me how to work everything before I left so that I was completely confident in how to operate all the features. Adel was very helpful in explaining all my options, accessory choices, and laying out the payments of my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. He explained various buttons in the cab to excellent satisfaction. Adel made his best effort to sell us accessories to the new truck.
