Every person at the dealership was prompt, courteous and helpful. I immediately felt like an old friend. Sales and finance provided all of the information needed but were never pushy in anyway. Again and again, Dee Menon our service and professional team. This specific review is for our my second time securing another vehicle for our family. Again and again, Dee Menon our Lincoln Ambassador, delivered a terrific job of making our experience an unbelievable one and noteworthy. The buying process with Dee was easy, praiseworthy and commendable. His professionalism always exceeded our expectations. His competency and expertise with Lincoln and Ford product lines were beyond our comprehension. We also dealt with Charles Gardiner, we appreciated what he has done in giving us all the details that we wanted as well as the follow-ups with him regarding calculations. His admirable treatment to our queries made us believe how fortunate we were to have worked with the dealership the 2nd time. I would like also to mention Josh Stevens, with whom we worked with in our latest vehicle service. His customer service was top notch and very personable. He was very attentive to the needs of his customer and providing update if needed. Who knows the 3rd time will come sooner than later. Thanks to the entire family of Courtesy Ford Lincoln. More
