This has been the best purchase experience I’ve had in over 40 years of new car purchases. I’ve bought Toyota, Chevy, Ford, Audi (Locally). And for the last 20 years Mercedes Benz products and this sales over 40 years of new car purchases. I’ve bought Toyota, Chevy, Ford, Audi (Locally). As a 5 time vehicle purchaser I would like to see the sales and service offer some kind of customer appreciation discount. Don't seem to even recognize returning clients which is something I'm surprised sales and service offer some kind of customer appreciation discount. Don't seem to even recognize returning clients which is something I'm surprised with. Nobody from Management team has ever acknowledged any vehicle purchases. Also, very few if any new Escalades on the lot to choose from. If we had another Cadillac dealership locally I would be inclined to try them out after being a 20 year customer. More
