Way over filled my oil …caused me smoke and stalling. They knew it when I returned and emptied and refilled. Should never had been charged. Could mess with my motor down the road. Will never go back. Joey is very unprofessional. Please visit us in the Sales Department and ask for myself. Me - did not have a 9am appointment and your email was sent at 853 that's not a reasonable time No response. I emailed them again, no response. I emailed them letting them know I was coming in for a tire change over asking if I could get a trade-in value. No response. However power lane people are awesome, 10/10 More

The fraser ford dealership is not trustworthy when they sell you a vehicle they promise like honest people but when you go for repair and warranty service they don't keep they are promises. and ripped you sell you a vehicle they promise like honest people but when you go for repair and warranty service they don't keep they are promises. and ripped you off. I recently took delivery of my new F250 diesel. My sales rep is Kristine and we started the process of my factory order about four months ago. From the time of the order to delivery Kristine kept me inform rep is Kristine and we started the process of my factory order about four months ago. From the time of the order to delivery Kristine kept me informed of the build of of my truck. Allen took care of the financing for my new truck and helped me with all of my questions and extended warranty. Debbie has helped me in the past with the servicing of my previous trucks and my wife’s current 2015 escape. Looking forward to seeing her again with my new truck. The last year and a bit has been a very trying time for all of us but dealing with fraser Ford has made it seem like nothing has changed Great job guys!!! Thanks again Kristine,Allen and Debbie More
