Darnell was pleasant and straight forward in every respect offering different perspectives on the cars in stock and ultimately working with Sales Manager Dean Cunningham to find exactly what we were looking for a getting it to us in two days. Dean was fair in developing the terms of our deal and never pushy or obtuse. Darnell later spent hours with us going over the features and operations of the car, compensating for our lack of technical expertise. Even Larry the Finance Manager was easy to work with and didn't push us to buy collateral products. Mike, another Sales Manager was also very helpful.
