when I found out after two hours, service technician could not figure out what was wrong and they needed to run more tests. I waited more. I waited a total of 3 1/2 hours. Nothing was done on my vehicle could not figure out what was wrong and they needed to run more tests. I waited more. I waited a total of 3 1/2 hours. Nothing was done on my vehicle because they simply said that they could not find any error with the car that I had come there and spent 3 1/2 hours for basically nothing. I just know my car told me that Front end collision prevention needed to be repaired. But in all fairness that light has not come on since so I’m not sure who is in error. Perhaps the car? My representative seem concerned, but did not hurry up the lateness of the final report. More

Quick turn around for repairs and an attentive associate to work with. The only issue I had was trying to get info on my car but Davonte was off that day. Scheduled to have my work vehicle get an oil change and tire rotation. Once I got to my appointment, I was told that there were no lifts available and I will only get an oil change. There was no communicat tire rotation. Once I got to my appointment, I was told that there were no lifts available and I will only get an oil change. There was no communication letting me know that this would be an issue until I got there. Rotating my tires for my work vehicle is critical to the life of my tires due to moving a lot of cargo. I was told that there would be a notation on the account and the ticket that I can come back and get a rotation, but there was no note. I paid for the maintenance plan when I got the vehicle and now when it’s time for me to get a service, I cannot get the full maintenance service that it requires. This whole experience has encompass bad Customer Service in the lack of communication. More
