The purchase process went very smoothly and John did a great job in moving the process along quickly and painlessly. I felt that there was a lot of pressure to purchase the extended warranties and other packages "on the spot" without a lot of time to fully consider the options. I think the dealership would be better served by providing those costs and options before the sale is agreed - in the spirit of "Full Transparency." More
