A friend had recommended Whitby Toyota and I am so glad she did. I had the best experience from the time I set foot in the building to when I drove off with my new car. Ian took me under his wing and walked me through the entire process. For the first time ever I did not feel stressed when buying a car. Andrew helped with everything from insurance set up to teaching me everything I need to know about the car. The staff were very polite and provided all the information I would need. They took the time to work through everything with me and didn't rush me. A big thank you to Ian, Andrew and David you guys went above and beyond to help and made this a great experience. More
