My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Dave over the past 6 years (3 used, 1 new). We let him know what we're looking for, and he finds us a vehicle that meets our specific criteria. Our daughter is almost 16, so I expect the third generation of our family will be visiting Dave before we know it! We have always been treated well and fairly. 22 years and counting My wife and I have had a great relationship with our Ford Faithful car guy Dave. We met him about 22 years ago and haven't gone anywhere else since. My wife and I have had a great relationship with our Ford Faithful car guy Dave. We met him about 22 years ago and haven't gone anywhere else since. We have purchased and leased about 12 cars over our years with him and won't go to any other dealership because of Dave Faithful. If he were to leave, we would follow him. The fact that he listens to your needs makes all of the difference in the world. He goes the extra mile, and puts himself out to do it, but always with a smile, and never makes you feel like you are wasting his time (even if you decide not to buy at that time). Our latest purchase was a 2014 Fusion, and we love it! Not sure what we will do if Dave ever decides to retire! His kindness, knowledge of the products, humour, and honesty will keep us coming back for all of our travelling needs. Thanks for taking the time and caring about your customers Dave. 2008 Ranger I was looking for a new Ranger a few years ago, and I looked and applied on line with ford.ca. I was contacted the next day by Edie, saying that I was I was looking for a new Ranger a few years ago, and I looked and applied on line with ford.ca. I was contacted the next day by Edie, saying that I was approved and come in and talk to Dave Faithful. Dave instantly made me feel like a friend, at no time did I feel uncomfortable buying the vehicle. It was the best vehicle buying experience I had ever had. And I suggested to a friend to see Dave, he did, and experienced the same comfortable, no pressure experience. Since then I have purchased 2 vehicles from Dave, and 2 of my daughters have bought vehicles from him. More

Dave Faithful, the game changer for me. Heard about the great service my coworkers were getting from Dave. The vehicle I traded in on my sexy new focus was only 3 years old from another dealership, who had turned us away. Everything turned out absolutely perfect with no bumps at ford. I have a brand new vehicle that is far more equipped and luxurious but above all, a car That makes me feel safer. Plus Dave made sure I'd save a bunch with better gas mileage and a much lower monthly payment. We are so happy, all the way around, that we returned to Ford.
