He made sure the truck was prepped and synced my phone with the truck and gave me an intro into all the options on the truck. Ashok was the business manager and extended warranty specialist. Very professional and knowledgeable. We had a misunderstanding during the sign off process but Ashok went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our experience. He really made a difference when it counted. This is one dealership that wants happy customers and goes out to make sure they are. More

My daughter was buying her first car and we had been to several dealerships over the past few months to test drive various vehicles. All of the dealerships were uncomfortable to be in because of the sales people, who were often very aggressive and dishonest. We had a very different experience at Erinwood Ford. From the moment we emailed the Sales representative Dave Grittani we knew it would be a positive experience. He called first to speak with my daughter and when she wasn't home he emailed my daughter explaining the pricing and features of the vehicle she was interested in. We had sent many emails on many cars and this was the first time we actually got the information that we were asking for. With that we made an appointment to see the car and Dave. When we arrived to see Dave he was friendly and professional in how he worked with us. In fact, everyone in the dealership treated us like we were the customer. Dave allowed us to take the car out for a test drive alone. When we got back we sat down with him and went over the financing options. Dave worked to find solutions to meet our budget and never once did we feel like we were being pushed into something we didn't want. We didn't buy it that night, but we did return on Sunday (yes they are open on Sundays!) with my husband to sign the paperwork. We picked up the car 3 days later and that too was a positive experience. My daughter chose to buy a standard car and with that Dave showed her some tips on how to drive a standard car. It's been about 2 weeks and she's driving it now. Thank you Erinwood Ford and Dave Grittani for such a great buying experience! More

I went shopping around at a few dealers looking for a 2013 F-150 (Platinum) Some places were very sluggish at getting me information and helping me find something within my budget. As I was browsing the internet for some deals I came across ERINWOOD FORD out in Mississauga. I called the dealer regarding a truck I saw on their page which was selling at a great price. Dave Grittani had answered the phone and confirmed that what I was seeing on the net was right. As I walked around the dealer I was very impressed with the massive selection and inventory they had for me to choose from compared to the other ford dealers I went to prior. I finally found a place with a big selection! Dave Grittani was very helpful with showing me options and explaining the pricing, as well his honesty and patience made me feel very comfortable on making a purchase. To add all the employees were very helpful and good hearted people along with Carol Buckwald who was excellent at answering my questions, explaining the warranty and financing part of things. I initially made a query (on a Sunday) via the Internet contact page regarding end-of-the-year Fiesta promotions (we were also looking at the Matrix and a Versa). Dave Grittani replied that evening and I popped over the next day with my daughters. We took it for a spin, liked it, and what's more, liked the price. Dave was low-pressure and straightforward regarding pricing, and pointed out additional incentives that were in the pipes. Long story short, my wife took it for a test the next day. Again, no pressure. That makes things soooo much more pleasant. We sat down and reviewed the pricing and incentives, etc. Following up with the business manager was equally painless. I must say I do appreciate everyone's patience as some of our paper work wasn't quite in order and our insurance company let us down by not getting the insurance info to them by deal's closing. Regardless, everything was taken care of. One of the more pleasant car-buying experiences I've had and I think it comes down to professionalism (and being friendly in a sincere manner).
