So far, it's been great! Saw a car listing on their website so I contacted Erinwood Ford with my questions…within 10 minutes, I had a helpful reply back from Dave Grittani and Saw a car listing on their website so I contacted Erinwood Ford with my questions…within 10 minutes, I had a helpful reply back from Dave Grittani and got clarity back on two more subsequent questions within another short period of time. His responsiveness was great so I decided to come down and view the vehicles in person. Again - very good support and I gained a lot of valuable information. I never felt like Dave was trying to "sell" me a car as much as he was trying to make sure the car "fit" my needs/wants. I decided to purchase as overall value was there for me (great product at a great price with helpful advice). Within a few days, I picked up the car and off I went….if you want the buying process to be straight up with no muss or fuss and you want to actually enjoy the car buying process, then go to Erinwood and see what they can do for you. The second part of the journey will be to experience the after sales service that the service team is able to provide for me…time will tell but I am optimistic…. I will let you know. More

Great experience I am glad I chose Erinwood Ford as the dealership where I bought my first car, a Ford Focus with a manual transmission. There are two reasons that mad I am glad I chose Erinwood Ford as the dealership where I bought my first car, a Ford Focus with a manual transmission. There are two reasons that made my car purchase experience here great: 1. Informative website 2. Great salesperson 1. Informative website When I started researching cars to buy, I first checked out websites of various dealers. A lot of dealers did not disclose their new inventory online, and some dealers had their inventory online but they were questionable. For example, on another dealer's site, the "new cars" link just took me to the manufacturer's website. In another case, one dealer's inventory listed a particular vehicle, and when I inquired about it, they told me there was a mistake on the site and that the online inventory was not reliable. With Erinwood Ford's site, I loved how they actually posted pictures of most of the vehicles so that I could confirm that the vehicle existed and knew how it looked. All the options that the cars had were listed, along with the VIN and the window sticker. This made it very easy to pick the car I want from behind my computer before even contacting the dealer. Additionally, when I did eventually inquire about it, Dave Grittani, the Internet Sales Consultant, responded promptly and confirmed that the car was still available just as the website had stated. 2. Great salesperson Which brings me to my review of the salesperson. I visited other dealerships and contacted other salespeople, but Dave stood out as being the best due to him being so easily approachable. He always responded very quickly to any e-mails. He did not pressure me into a sale when I told him I was still considering my options. He had a good sense of humour and got along well with my parents even though my parents' English was not as good as mine. He also disclosed everything about the car price, and this made it easy to work with him and negotiate a good price on the Ford Focus. Additionally, he allowed me to test drive it without a problem. Dave also went out of the way to make sure I got my car as quickly as possible. I bought the car and signed the sales agreement on a Thursday. Two days later, on the Saturday of the Easter weekend (the day after Good Friday), he had already gotten the plates from the licensing office that morning and the car was cleaned and ready for pick-up. Overall, I recommend Erinwood Ford, especially Dave Grittani, and would not hesitate to buy from them again. More

Dave Grittani is very friendly and knowledgeable sales person, explained everything in detail. There was absolutely no pressure . This dealership has a separate show room for used cars and the price for the trade-in was really good . All other dealership offers you only whole sale price which is not reasonable . Nick, Director of the used car, is a nice guy and he tried his best to give a good price for my trade-in. I live in Markham and it was worth to go all the way to Mississauga to get my truck . I will definitely recommend Erin wood Ford and Dave to all my friends and colleagues. More

Then he gave me such a good price that it was absolutely worth my while to order a new vehicle through Erinwood and then drive down from North Bay to pick it up. Once I was there, he and Robyn made the paperwork easy. Everyone else was friendly and helpful. Dave gave me a hands-on tour of every practical aspect of the new vehicle and made sure that I was completely comfortable with the features and operations of the 2014 Escape. Off I went, feeling like a pro in my brand new vehicle, and having had a great experience with Dave and the dealership. More
