I am from out of town(almost a 2 hour drive)and Dave answered my questions and we were able to complete most of the deal via e mails and phone calls. When I went to the dealership Dave was ready to meet with me and made it a pleasure to visit and complete the deal. Dave had the car ready to deliver in a couple days and when i showed up to pick up the car everything was ready to go with no problems . Another note ,when they say no other dealer fees they mean it. Thank you for all your help . Good job I like this car more than I thought . It might be too nice for a daily driver. I might have to buy another car for my wife to use as a daily driver? More

Bait and switch Ford had great incentives on 2015 Mustang. Last day of the incentives I negotiated a price and was about to buy the car. All of a sudden there was $ Ford had great incentives on 2015 Mustang. Last day of the incentives I negotiated a price and was about to buy the car. All of a sudden there was $750 increase in the cost. A discount they said I would get no longer applied, admin fee of $125 and locking wheel lugs $125 even though these were clearly included with the car as per the sticker. Talked with a manager and he just sent me back to talk with the salesman. The "it's only an extra $5 a month" didn't work on me. These are the old tactics that i thought dealerships had gotten away from. More

Very knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. I am one of the "out of town" people who make it to see Dave at Erinwood Ford for our vehicles (we live 1.5 hour away). Most of the work was done via email and phone calls. We just had to attend the dealership to sign the papers and take possession of the truck. Dave makes the whole experience a real pleasure. I agree with other reviews that the experience is in a relaxed environment without any pressure. Dave lets his products and prices do the convincing. I will be back for sure. Dave, thank you again. I enjoy dealing with you. You are honest and truthful. We also had dealing with Nick Palalas who purchased my wife's older vehicle.
