I had Dave Grittani recommended via an online forum, and was not disappointed. He understood where I was coming from and what I was after, made me an offer I couldn't refuse, and then made the whole process as easy and as simple as possible. He even found that my top choice in colour was already on order with the factory and as a result got me the vehicle earlier than had we needed to do a fresh factory order. Dave is a great guy to deal with and ultimately made what can be a frustrating or stressful experience into something fun. No games or gimmicks. Chris was professional when dealing with my trade-in, I've got no complaints about how it was handled. Adam spent probably more time than intended running over several options with me, was patient in answering my questions, and I never felt pressured. From my experience, I'd have no hesitation in recommending Dave and the Erinwood Ford team to any family or friends. I hope everyone's experience can be as pleasant as mine was. More

Robin cross sold me the FMPP maintenance plan and I know I will have worry free driving and service for a few years and am super excited about the value and peace of mind. Fantastic Buying Experience Thanks to Dave Grittani and Team This was by far the most enjoyable process I have experienced when shopping for a new vehicle. I was looking for a 2016 Ford Transit Connect XLT wago This was by far the most enjoyable process I have experienced when shopping for a new vehicle. I was looking for a 2016 Ford Transit Connect XLT wagon and learned through my research that very few were in stock at Ontario dealerships. After finding a configuration similar to what I wanted at Erinwood Ford, I booked a test drive through the website. I feel very lucky that I was connected with Dave Grittani at Erinwood Ford. Dave was very friendly and helpful. He gave me the opportunity to tour the new building and test drive the vehicle of my choice. Dave also made my wife and children feel important, involved, and at ease. It was refreshing to find someone willing to share all of the numbers in an open, honest, and interactive fashion. It felt more like dealing with a friend and trusted advisor than completing a "sales" transaction. On our return visit, several members of the dealership assisted us in test driving the vehicle fully-loaded with seven passengers. Everyone was friendly, engaging, and focused on helping us to make the best purchase decision. When it came time to finalize the financing, Robyn Barrett assisted with information, not high-pressure tactics. She even gave us time to review our options and did not insist that we make a decision on options before leaving her office. As a result of Robyn's approach, we ended up choosing to purchase a Tricare package to protect our new purchase. Delivery went well, as my family reunited with Dave for another visit. We noticed a problem with a rear seat belt assembly that was efficiently rectified by the service staff. When all was said and done, we left the dealership very happy. I would like to extend our thanks to Dave Grittani for his professionalism, kindness, and passion for assisting his customers.
