My son's first car! My son recently graduated from university and got a full-time job at a bank. Cool wheels were priority #1. My wife and I trust the team at Erinwood who have been good to us over the years so we introduced our son, Pat, to them. Stewart Honsberger took Pat through all the implications of a car loan and gave him some excellent financial advice. Stewart was able to get him approved even though my son had very little credit history (our good name gets you approved was not just a line!). Dave Grittani understood my son's requirements and was stellar in his no-pressure sales pitch. My son really appreciated that because he had done the rounds of a few dealerships and was fed up of pushy sales reps. The delivery experience was incredible as well. Great experience! Carcost Canada referred me to Dave Grittani at Erinwood Ford where Dave was super responsive and found me my Edge ST with all the specific options I wanted, he went an extra step by taking me through their wide inventory for me to choose the car that I was most comfortable with! Dave and the team spent hours during the sale and delivery to make sure that I understand the whole process and in introducing me to the awesome features the car has. Dave made sure that the price I got through Carcost Canada was matched and then some! All the extras that I wanted to protect my car were provided through Dave and Raj at Erinwood Ford so that when I took delivery of the car it was 100% ready. After the delivery, the team was very accommodating for the few tweaks the car needed after a few hundred kms! After learning that a close friend had just finalized a deal with Dave Grittani on his 2nd Erinwood purchase in 2 years, I wanted to get in to see Dav After learning that a close friend had just finalized a deal with Dave Grittani on his 2nd Erinwood purchase in 2 years, I wanted to get in to see Dave and see what could be done to get me in my 3rd! (I could not let my buddy have one more Ford than I currently had, right?) I was starting the 4th year of a 5 year finance with a competitive brand vehicle (rhymes with Teasson=very unhappy) and thought why not see what Dave and the Team could do for me. I had zero expectation and thought I was about 6 months too early. Of course, Dave and the Erinwood Crew did their thing and today I picked up my brand new 2019 Edge ST! What a beauty! Dave, Raj and Adam made miracle work happen and I couldn't be happier. I have 3 vehicles now with Dave over 2 years and I am proud to say, I am 100% Erinwood in my garage and driveway! Dave is the BEST! Yesterday I purchased my 3rd truck from Dave at Erinwood and as usual he was amazing!!!. As soon as I entered the dealership I was greeted like a fr Yesterday I purchased my 3rd truck from Dave at Erinwood and as usual he was amazing!!!. As soon as I entered the dealership I was greeted like a friend, and he went to work getting my paperwork completed so i could get out the door and avoid traffic on my drive north which takes 1.5 hrs. Over the years of dealing with Dave he has always taken the time to make sure the deal im getting into is right for me and constantly gives advice of when it is the right time to make the change. This year he had me wait and it ended up saving me 100 dollars per month over 84 months on the exact same truck. That is a huge savings which is why I trust him completely and tell all my family and friends about him and how he takes such great care of me. Cannot recommend or say enough good things about him.
