A great experience! I went to Parkview after starting with another BMW dealership that was in the midst of an ownership transition, so very little inventory and an inexpe I went to Parkview after starting with another BMW dealership that was in the midst of an ownership transition, so very little inventory and an inexperienced team. I urgently needed a new vehicle after my existing one gave up on me. From start to finish the experience was professional and very positive. I first met with Dave Golding. He was very friendly and efficient helping me narrow down the right vehicle for my needs. He demonstrated very good knowledge of the products/features and zero'd in quickly on the vehicle that would satisfy my needs. I then took a test drive with Corey. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. After an efficient negotiation on a very fair price with Dave I met with Agnes to go through the financing process. In consistent fashion, Agnes was also very friendly and efficient. Finally, for delivery I dealt with Adrian. He too was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product/features. We happened to pick up our car during the launch event for the new X3, which in itself was an enjoyable experience - quite an event! All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with and overall it was a great experience! I'd highly recommend Parkview BMW. More
