Our car buying journey began in October 2023, when we started test driving different models, including the CX90 PHEV at Jim Ellis. Over the next couple of months as we continued comparison shopping, Noel would check in to see if we were still in the market, without being overbearing. December arrived, and we were finally set on leasing the CX90 PHEV, so we requested quotes from different Mazda dealerships over email/text Noel and his manager, Conley, provided detailed quotes with all fees listed, as we requested. I appreciated their willingness to answer all my questions over email/text, such as pricing for gap insurance and whether their F&I department accepted MSDs. Ultimately, Noel and Conley recognized they were dealing with educated buyers, so they presented a competitive offer for us to move forward. Heads up: the dealership won't take deposits to reserve a vehicle already on the lot. To his credit, Noel was upfront about this when we asked during the online negotiations and mentioned there were options to sign electronically, but we preferred to close the deal at the dealership once we were back in town at the end of the month. The car we had originally negotiated on ended up selling before we made it back to the dealership, but after a little back and forth, Noel and Conley were able to honor the same pricing on an alternative option I appreciated Daryl, the GM, coming by to thank me for my business as I was waiting to wrap up the deal. Shout-out to Mia for a quick onboarding process and Rhyan in F&I for running the numbers on a complicated deal! Thanks to the whole Jim Ellis staff (especially Noel and Conley) for their efforts to earn our business! More

Compared to my previous purchases it was an easy process. I bought a CX5 Turbo Premium and they were able to get me out of my 2022 CX30 Turbo Premium early. I snagged that 0apr and also got maintainence (oil I bought a CX5 Turbo Premium and they were able to get me out of my 2022 CX30 Turbo Premium early. I snagged that 0apr and also got maintainence (oil changes), road hazard protection(for my wheels), term care (brakes, rotors, tubes) and gap coverage. An easy process and a great team to work with! Terrible experience, they tried to price gouge me and do a lot of unnecessary stuff to my car. They quoted me $3,000 and completely misdiagnosed my 2014 mazda cx-5. Their service manager (Eddie?) charged me a lot of unnecessary stuff to my car. They quoted me $3,000 and completely misdiagnosed my 2014 mazda cx-5. Their service manager (Eddie?) charged me $300 for diagnostics that were incorrect. I took it Pep boys after taking it to Jim Ellis (because the car was still drivable mind you) and pep boys said all I needed was a new battery and like magic the issue was fixed. I gave Pep boys the diagnostic report from Jim Ellis Mazda and they said it was definitely an attempt at overcharging me for unnecessary services and my alternator has been working fine ever since, even though Jim Ellis Mazda said it had already gone bad. DO NOT trust this dealership or service department, I'll never use them again. This felt like a scam for sure. More

Jim Ellis is the worst Dealership ever! !!! We took our car to Jim Ellis to change the High mount brake light. They damaged the radiator , transmission , rear high mount brake light and 3rd !!! They replaced the radiator ,the high mount brake light , they had to get the head rest repaired because it was no longer available. They refused to replace the transmission that they damaged. They refused to repair our 2012 Mazda CX 9 grand touring with only 90,000 miles which they damaged !!!!!!!! Now we have to buy a new car! After they damaged our car , the svc manager said they don't work on cars that are 11yrs old and over 150,000 ,what !!!!!!! More

Most honest and easy process of the 6 dealerships we tried to deal with in our purchase experience. The salesman here was the ONLY one who actually spoke directly to my daughter (for whom we were purch tried to deal with in our purchase experience. Chase was the BEST!
