We purchased a 2011 gmc terrain. We delt with Darren Hollinger for the credit application and he was very easy to work with and everything was done quickly. Even with the difficult access/exit situation, due to road construction in the area, we found the dealership to clean and well maintained. Our sales rep Matthew McMillian was well versed in all the options of the MKZ, he demonstrated each function during our test drive showing us what to expect before we took a try. Blayne Morrow did a fantastic job getting us the best deal possible. Darren Hollingerset up our financing thru Ford credit making the whole process almost painless. Once plates and insurance were in place, Matthew assisted in the personal items transfer, changed out the nice fancy floor mats for the rubber mud guard type and set up our smart phones. This is our third purchase from this dealership and would definitely recommend this dealership to friends, family or anyone else who requires a new/used vehicle . More
