It’s been many years since we bought a vehicle so our expectations were we would be walking around the parking lot looking at cars. I guess those days are gone. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and patience of Gerson. He was very knowledgeable and spent time with us explaining the technology cars have these days.
