My experience with Nicholas was excellent. He went above and beyond to assist me, always acting professionally, courteously, and with complete honesty. I really appreciate his upfront approach and dedication to helping. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the dealership as a whole. Before dealing with Nicholas, I was constantly bounced around from department to department, faced numerous false promises, and was repeatedly misled. This dealership has consistently failed to follow through on its commitments. I would not recommend Arrigo Sawgrass for either sales or service. More
