The problem I had was that the Service representative Bautista ; even though that my car was only 3,658 miles, I told him that the car was vibrating at over 70 mph and when the service finished , he told Bautista ; even though that my car was only 3,658 miles, I told him that the car was vibrating at over 70 mph and when the service finished , he told that tires had flat spots being to long in the same position; I told him that we only use the car 3-4 times a week a that we were in vacation for only 2 weeks. That the Dealer could not help me me out with that issue and that there was no guarantee for the tires. I told him that I do not agree with his comments nor with the decision not to help me when the car is a new car with only close to 4,000 miles. Very disappointed with the dealer service being a customer for many years All this is unacceptable!!!! More

The most impressive was Daniel addressed most of my questions and if he wasn't sure of something he was honest enough to let me know and would address the same with his manager, which truly reflected a strength in his character. I have had numerous Lexus brand SUVs but this experience was tops. Daniel and Dayron, the finance manager, worked very well together and ensured that the negotiations were fair which added to the smooth transaction. After the purchase, Daniel followed up to ensure I was pleased with my purchase. I thoroughly enjoyed the "white glove" treatment. I can't forget Adam, the tech whiz who worked with me and ensured that I was comfortable with adjusting to the new technology on the vehicle. Overall, this was an amazing experience .
