We have now purchased 3 BMWs from this dealership (formerly KUNI BMW) over several years. Dan Dailey, Jay Meenwsen, Lee Maclean, and Amanda Meyer are an excellent sales and service team and assisted (formerly KUNI BMW) over several years. Dan Dailey, Jay Meenwsen, Lee Maclean, and Amanda Meyer are an excellent sales and service team and assisted with the last acquisition. There was no pressure and we drove several vehicles to determine what was the right one for us with the right options and features. More

I just bought a used BMW X5, and it needed some factory recall work done. I also wanted to add an OEM trailer hitch and wanted a BMW Dealer to do it, given it is a BMW. Dan Dailey (my service advisor a recall work done. I also wanted to add an OEM trailer hitch and wanted a BMW Dealer to do it, given it is a BMW. Dan Dailey (my service advisor at Kuni) was AMAZING and ensured everything was right with all the work I had done on the car. He kept me updated, answered all of my stupid questions, and was very patient - especially with a slow-to-respond extended warranty company. Major KUDOS to Dan, and please give him my thanks again! I will be returning to Kuni BMW again (even though there is another dealer much closer to where I live) because of Dan's GREAT work and customer service with me. I also want to thank "Lorenzo" for helping me early on when I drove up to the service department for the first time, having never been there before. He was very helpful and cordial. Thanks again to Dan and everyone who helped me during my visit. It was expensive, but I think it was worth it, as I plan to have this X5 for a long time and want to keep a good relationship with a BMW dealer, and Kuni delivered!! More

My car was making a funny noise that was somewhat difficult to explain. Dan Daily listened to my very non-technical report on the situation and had the technician do a thorough analysis. I've only had 3 or 4 visits to Kuni BMW since purchasing my car, but I have been very impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge and customer service I have received each visit. David was my very first tech when I brought my vehicle in for service two years ago and I hope he will always be available for me! More
