I have had a very bad experience with Toyota On The Park Service Department. Please stay away from this location, as Mario, the Service Manager is extremely rude and very unhelpful. In addition, Amanda Boot Service Department. Please stay away from this location, as Mario, the Service Manager is extremely rude and very unhelpful. In addition, Amanda Boother is highly unprofessional and extremely curt with customers. She often wears low cut blouses. I ask, is she actually selling service or herself to the customers. She has yelled at me many times and not willing to service my vehicle. She is highly unpleasant person to deal with. They decided to wash my car without informing me that there might be scratches on my car and that they would not be held responsible. I find this quite appalling. Again, I would urge everyone not to deal with this location, in particular with the Service Department, as all the technicians are extremely unprofessional and not helpful, including Jack, the Foreman. They claim that my car has no issues, whereas, there are issues with my car constantly. It constantly makes a lot of noise and the break does not work well. I have been complaining to them for nearly 5-months and they will not fix my car. When they changed my tires from Summer to Winter tires, they have done a very bad job purposely so that they will not service my vehicle again. The Service Manager contacted me today and told me that he is not willing to service my car ever again and emphasized that I should go to a different dealership, as he claimed that I was rude to his staff, whereas, they have been extremely rude to me for the last 5-months and have not been helpful to me at all. I hope this review will make everyone not to ever go to this location.. More

"Sham "THE MAN!" I've been getting my service at this location "In On The Park". Everyone is very helpful but the one time i cruised by because of a sudden lost f tire I've been getting my service at this location "In On The Park". Awesome service and bestTire package from Mario Have been dealing with Mario and his team for years on 6-8 different cars during that period and I keep coming back although I have to drive 45+ minut Have been dealing with Mario and his team for years on 6-8 different cars during that period and I keep coming back although I have to drive 45+ minutes to get there. All our tires - summer, winter, all seasons have been purchased there , and they are stored there. Even tire dedicated stores cannot match their price and service. Years ago, I used to get my tires and change overs from a Tire specialist store, and they could not eliminate vibration problems after 2 re-balancing, they said the problems were my rims. I took it to Mario and his team balanced them properly saving me the cost of new RIMS. We also always buy the tire warranties and had benefited from them when some tires could not be repaired, well worth the investment. The service is always prompt, pleasant and trustworthy. Never been sold on unnecessary work by the service advisors, if Mario says it need to be changed, I change it, if he says it can wait until next service, I wait, no question asked. All service advisors and technicians are always courteous, and greet you even if they are not assigned to your car. I must have been serviced by all of them at some point. Keep up the awesome service guys and gals. More
