Unprofessional sales staff, the typical dishonestly games you try to avoid when entering the car buying process. Lots of attitude, and very good at talking to the customer like they’re a nuisance. Had to eventually just tell them to stop contacting me, as they seem to ignore what you’re saying and just keep pestering. I would never do business with this location and would encourage friends in family in town to avoid as well. Plenty of other options in the greater Savannah/Hilton Head/Bluffton region that will provide better deals and more professional service. More

The reason I only leaving 4 stars is because I have never felt so pushed into signing for something I wasn't sure about . It was like they were holding my keys hostage. It wasn't my sales people but it was t felt so pushed into signing for something I wasn't sure about . It was like they were holding my keys hostage. It wasn't my sales people but it was the manager . Don't get me wrong so far I like my vehicle. But I was gonna hold off until I got my credit score up so I could get a better interest rate. Minnie and Camron was great . So my experience was a completely different from any other experience buying a car . More

We were told we had to schedule an appt for when the Dent guy was there and we did that. We live an hour away and dropped the car off and the dent guy never came so it was a wasted trip. I only had one remote and asked for a second but was told I would have to purchase it. I called a friend of mine at another CJDR store and within 3 days he sent me one a no charge. I tried to get it programe I would have to purchase it. I called a friend of mine at another CJDR store and within 3 days he sent me one a no charge. I tried to get it programed at Jimmy Britt but you wanted $119 dollars to do it. I'll have it done at one of the lock and key services. More

I had to wait literally six months for a catalytic converter recall replacement. I was told I was "in line." Then I was told they were waiting on parts. When I insisted the Jeep be repaired ASAP they converter recall replacement. I was told I was "in line." Then I was told they were waiting on parts. When I insisted the Jeep be repaired ASAP they suddenly had the parts and another customer missed her appt. so I got that appt. in two days. It's shameful that a customer has to beg for months for a repair. Not one person except the girl who took my keys and gave them back ever spoke to me about anything. Horrible experience. More
