I have never been so ticked off. Salesman looks at KBB and does instant cash offer for my trade. That’s not the trade value. After I left letting everyone there know how I felt, they kept calling. In the end, they actually valued my trade mid KBB trade value which was where I wanted to be. I did the deal just to later find out that the keys they gave me didn’t have the locking fuel door key. I will never be back. BTW I waited about an hour for them to find a key, 30 minutes just to get a salesman to help me even after I called them. More
