The worst experience in my life. Worse had me pay for my car to have it in worse condition than when I had brought it in. It’s still not running your thieves. And I’m upset you took my money, never corrected my name and called me by my wrong name the entire time never once reached out to me. I had to do the chasing worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life, and I was a general manager for a company at $3.3 million company. I know a customer service looks like this was not if I could wait less than a one star I would. More

Promised communication around noon each day and did not follow through, did not call me most days. I had to call him. Then quoted be $400 and when i arrived it was $1200 for the bill. Told me that i was wr follow through, did not call me most days. I had to call him. Then quoted be $400 and when i arrived it was $1200 for the bill. Told me that i was wrong and he told me about the $1200. Then when another employee listened to the recordings and they found he never told me about the $1200. He completely ignored our presence and left us standing at his podium for two hours while his co worker listened to the recordings and once everything was done he didnt even offer an apology for the error that was caused by him and for accusing me of lying. He lacks clear communication and did not provide good customer service. More

I took my F350 in for a tailgate recall on September 17th at 8:00 a.m. They called at 3:30 same day to tell me that they diagnosed the problem but the vehicle would need to remain overnight. Having heard nothing by 4:00 p.m. on the 18th, I called for an update. They called me back at 5:00 p.m. and.stated that the fix did not work ans they'd have to keep the vehicle another day. I told them I would have to reschedule for another day as I needed the vehicle on Friday. I asked to send a driver to pick me up but Christian, the service advisor said they could deliver it "late afternoon/early evening". He called me back at 6:00 p.m. and asked if I was coming to pick up the vehicle. I reminded him that he said he was going to deliver the vehicle. He then put me on hold, came back on the line and said he was working on the delivery. He called back at 6:30 p.m. and indicated the tech had locked the truck and they could not find the key fob and that the tech was not answering his phone. So, as of the time of this post, no truck, no repair and no keys. 48 hours in the shop for TALGATE repair and looks like it's going to stay there another night. . Absolutely horrible customer service and communication throughout the entire saga. More
