I appreciate being reached back out to you, but what I want is what I paid for which was a running car which I didn’t get. It’s still sitting there since October 1 at the dealership I have literally drove by every day just to look at it and it hasn’t moved. Why can’t I just have an honest answer understand everybody has to make money and we all have to live come on. I’m a good person. I paid for the service of which was not done. My car. Didn’t even click over nothing Ford did nothing it is way worse than when. I had dropped her off in the beginning she s true muscle car when she started before and now it sounds like a xxxxxxx cannon ball was xxxxing sucked up up and bouncing around the. Car she rwar and people turn there heads and now I’m like xxx I could’ve died the day I thought I was to take my mustang home think n yea I paid my bill I can drive her off the lot back home. I couldn’t wait to listen to her roar. Nope that’s not what happened at all now so much stress has caused. For ricochet things to happen. I will be heading into FORD today and we need to get this resolved because it’s what’s right the way that the staff had treated us me and my father that is playing as a gift each other then calling me a liar to my father that needs to be intended to and I can’t. I have questions. It doesn’t make sense and the cleanup under my hood that needs to be addressed for silicone and rubber and pieces underneath as I lift it upthe hood up I feel disrespected and used of. I’ll be in later today.
