I went to the dealership to test drive a new Tacoma and drove off the lot with it! Connor is fine young man who is very knowledgeable about the brand and truck segment. It was apparent that he really knew his stuff and could answer my questions honestly and accurately. He also wants customers to be satisfied, so he's been attentive with follow up to make sure that I was happy! Additionally, Matt in Finance was very low pressure, kind and explained complicated documents in an accessible way. My car buying experience here was completely unexpected in a positive way.
