My experience with Cody Gonzales was excellent. He was able to get me a reasonable monthly payment. But as a dealership my experience was not a good one. When my new car was brought into the showro He was able to get me a reasonable monthly payment. But as a dealership my experience was not a good one. When my new car was brought into the showroom Cody led me there to look at it. I took a step towards my and fell. The floor was very wet due to the fact it was raining all day. There was no caution sign saying “wet floor”. There was no incident report done. I did go to the doctor where I was told I have a left hip bone bruise and tendinitis also a large bruise to my left hip. There was no compensation offered to me. All I got was an apology from Cody. I’ve bought my last 2 cars from Ray’s so they are such a disappointment. More
