Received an email from the dealership to check in online. Completed the online check in and it said to drive in, turn the hazards on and leave the keys in the car and leave. I asked if we needed to come back was told “I guess I’ll do it over the phone for you” Was told that they close at one and would call when the car was ready for pickup. Tried to claim that we needed windshield wipers and air filters that had been changed less than 6 weeks earlier. Also didn’t really want to do a complimentary tire rotation even though we had bought the ti filters that had been changed less than 6 weeks earlier. My appointment was at 10:15 for Oil change service and tire rotation. I was greeted with a smile right away by Timothy. Service was done and out the door just before 11.
