Converted BMW man I've been pretty much a German car guy most of my life the last three BMWs. This time in my resrarch I was considering Audi RS5 but ended up putting a deposit down on a BMW 650i however several times I kept coming across this KIA yes KIA Stinger, I would read about it sounded good the reviews were All good I couldn't find a reason not to go check it out..... but it was a Kia, Then few weeks later my daughters car had to for service right beside Kia, I saw the Stinger out front and decided to have a look, Well suffice to say that I could not have been more impressed and it woukd take me a thousand words as to why, Style performance, quality, technology and VALUE you name it 10/10. Straightline my dealership was Awsome , Matt my salesman knowledgeable, passionate and very helpful all-around fun experience, The owner Chris was very nice, Cody in finance was great as was Warren. These guys take pride in there vehicles and dealership it certainly shows!!! More

Making it right! This is my 4th Kia at this Straightline Kia dealership. I drive a lot! With the initial sales person this time, there was a misunderstanding and she This is my 4th Kia at this Straightline Kia dealership. I drive a lot! With the initial sales person this time, there was a misunderstanding and she didn't know that a 2018 Kia Soul could not pull a teardrop trailer.....after the hitch and electrical were already on, and the car was a month old. I had also put 8,000 kil on it. It was an awful situation, because now I had a car that couldn't pull my trailer!!!! When Chris, the owner, got involved he had it all sorted the day he knew. He took my Kia Soul back, gave me crazy amounts of discounts for winter tires, rims and hubcaps, as well as the extended warranty and several other things. I LOVE my 2017 Kia Sportage LX!!! I'm pretty sure I came out of all that on top! The new rep I dealt with was John, and he guided me through the decision making process as we test drove cars. He was honest, upfront and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised to see integrity and accountability at a car dealership. Straightline Kia made it right, and more. I titled this review "Making it right," because Chris wrote it in big bold writing across the instructions of all the things he gave me. "MAKE IT RIGHT!" And they did! More

When your car dies in a car wash, Kia's got you covered! After losing my car to a car wash I had no choice but to go and get a new one. After previously driving Kia rental cars I wanted to explore what they After losing my car to a car wash I had no choice but to go and get a new one. After previously driving Kia rental cars I wanted to explore what they had, and I looked online at the options. After a few weeks of looking I was interested in the Kia Rando, but I wanted to see it up close. So me and my daughter went to the dealership to look. Rick came out and met with us and spent a couple of hours looking at the Rando and the Soul. I kept going back and forth on which one I wanted and Rick was very patient with me and went into depth all the pros and cons of what I would get from each car with how I would use it. After going for a test drive I decided on the Rando. He showed us all the paperwork involved with the car, the inspections they did when they got the car because it was previously owned, and all the repairs that went into the car. Then we met with Cody to take care of the financial aspects which was super easy and quick. He even offered to take care of the registration for me, which to me was going above and beyond. The whole process buying the car was very smooth and without complications. Throughout our experience we also met with Brad, the sales manager. Though we didn't deal with him in depth like with Rick and Cody, he was very welcoming. The whole team made me feel appreciated as a costumer. I never felt as if I was being pushed to buy something I didn't want and they were always happy to answer all my questions. Finally when the day came to pick up my car, Rick spent a lot of time again to help me get used to the car and show me what all the different buttons and gadgets do with patience and understanding. When I got the keys I didn't feel like they wanted me gone and off the lot right away. They said if there was any problems or if I had any further questions about how the car worked I was always welcome back to ask them about it. Hopefully I wont need a car anytime soon, but if I ever did need another one I would go back to them. I am very thankful to the team for making what could be a stressful experience into a pleasant one. More

From the time we entered the dealership the customer service was nothing but friendly and professional. Matt Bowie the salesman helping us was very informative and friendly. We told him what we were looking for and he found us the perfect car. He explained everything to us about the vehicle and I drove away a very satisfied customer. We live 2 hours away from the dealership and we would definitely drive all that way again to deal with them. Thanks also to Kris, Cody and Brad.
