Tanner immediately identified my needs, got me on a couple of test drives right away, and gave me clear options that helped in my decision to purchase the car. He was able to answer all of my questions with ease. Brad and Tanner were very fair and upfront when it came to pricing, and I did not feel pressured or "manipulated" by them. Once I decided to go forward with the purchase, the finance department, Cody and Kris, were very helpful and efficient in finalizing all the details, allowing me to take possession of the car within the week. All in all, it was a very smooth, efficient, and satisfying experience which I would highly recommend to friends and family. Thanks to everyone at Straightline Kia! More
