I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable immediately upon entry. At no point did I feel pressured in any way. After a test drive and discussions with Chris and Geoff, the decision was made to purchase a 2014 Rogue. I then dealt with Rob who was not only friendly but professional and honest. My experience picking up my new vehicle was the same as my initial visit. Outstanding customer service and is highly recommended. Chris was incredibly genuine and took the time to answer any questions I had. I never felt pushed or rushed by him. He has followed up with me every step of the way and even emailed me this morning to see how my first commute went.
