Terrible customer service, bullies, thieves. I received very poor customer service and was bullied. They would not discontinue my loan payments even after the car was returned to them! I feel tha I received very poor customer service and was bullied. They would not discontinue my loan payments even after the car was returned to them! I feel that other customers have likely had the same issue and in fact maybe it was because I am also a woman that I was treated this way. They continued automatic withdrawals from my account even when I was no longer in possession of the car and the loan agreement had been terminated. The manager in charge of my account, Chris Ball refused to reply to my emails and even had "Patty" call me in an attempt to bully me! She would not leave her last name when I asked, would not provide me with an email follow up of the conversation we had and even tried to tell me that I owed them even more money! What kind of a tactic is this? I am going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and am seeking legal advice, not to mention considering civil action against them for discrimination. More
