I just bought my first Toyota - a 2025 RAV4 Hybrid - from Heritage. Tyber was absolutely great to work with. Though he is new to Heritage, he was well versed in their vehicles. I had several questions about the RAV4 Hybrid and if he didn't readily know the answer, he found out well before we left. Once we decided to buy, we did have a short wait for the car to be delivered to the dealership- but Tyber stayed in contact with us until the car arrived. Even now, after driving off the lot, he has checked in to ensure our satisfaction...and answer more of my questions! Tyber (and the Finance managers) made this whole car purchasing process a painless experience. More

It was frustrating that this dealership (like other Toyota dealers) was unable to maintain an inventory of Grand Highlanders. We initially waited from Dec. 2023 to June 2024 for a 2024 Grand Highlander. Then, we gave up and decided to wait for a 2025 instead. With no inventory, no option to custom order a vehicle, and a list of customers waiting for a similar vehicle, there is no option for pricing negotiating, no military discount unless you finance through Toyota and no Costco Auto Program eligibility. So you sign up with a salesperson who will watch incoming allotments and find a vehicle closest to your preferences. More
