We were so lucky to meet him on our very first visit to Toyota Heritage, where he explained the entire car-buying process to us. My husband and I are both very new to the USA, with very low credit history — or as Daniel kindly explained, a “thin file.” Despite this challenge, he made our dream a reality. He took his valuable time to explain every detail about the cars and their available options, clearly outlining the advantages and disadvantages. Once we decided which car to purchase, he helped us customize it exactly the way we wished, especially the interior, paying attention even to the smallest details. Daniel answered every question with patience, never hesitated to help, and kept running back and forth to get everything done so our order could be completed smoothly. With his guidance, we placed the order and waited for the car to arrive. Just two days ago, our car arrived at Toyota Heritage, and Daniel was so excited to call us and let us know. He finalized all the paperwork and prepared the car for us in a very short time. We visited Toyota, signed the documents, and everything was completed. But then came the real challenge — figuring out how to make the full payment after using our savings for the initial amount. We knew very little about financial options in the USA. Daniel once again guided us, teaching us the entire process, sharing all the available financing options, and even connecting us with credit unions. Thanks to his immense support, we were able to secure a good interest rate through Toyota Financial Services, despite our “thin file” credit history. From the very first day until the very last step, Daniel was there with us — with his great service, positive energy, warm smile, and endless support. If we could give him not just 5 stars but 1000 stars, we would. His service went far beyond what was expected, and meeting him was just as joyful as becoming the proud owners of our new car. More
