I previously bought 2 Camrys from another dealership besides Capital. Let me say now, that I will only buy my future Toyotas from Capital. My salesperson, Jeremy Wright, was amazing. He was very patient with the time that it took for me to decide where I was going to purchase my car and he was very knowledgeable of all the features on the vehicle. He answered all my questions very quickly day or night. I can’t say enough on how he searched to find the exact car I was looking for. He assured me that Capital would do everything in their power to take care of me from the purchase, to warranties and service - all of which are so very important to me. Brandon Painter in financing was so good to explain all the warranty options and help me make the best choice for my needs. Lastly, I want to give Chris Smith in service a shout out. Having a brand new car, I haven’t had to deal with him that much yet but he put me at ease knowing that I would be taken care of service wise at great, competitive prices. Thank you Capital. From beginning to end, they were fantastic. Very friendly and very helpful. I love the option of having the car picked from work or home so I don’t have to wait in the lobby. Great place, snacks could be better. Maybe some mini Oreos or muffins. Chips would be cool, maybe some yogurt parfait. They had coffee that gave “gas station” vibes, would have rather had juice or maybe mini diet cokes like Lexus has. Just heard that KIA offers fresh baked cookies. Come on guys, get on board. I’m thinking maybe just toss this idea out there, but what about a full service buffet, Golden Corral style. Just a thought. More

I was scheduled to have my car picked up from my house from the Toyota service department so I didn’t have to wait in the store for hours. They were on time, very professional and courteous.
