My husband finally found the Mercedes GLE450 with the options he wanted, however we live in Michigan. It’s a little scary purchasing a vehicle out of state without driving it, but my brother, a car enthusiast, assured us people buy cars all over the country and he contacted Andrew Rojas on our behalf. Andrew took the time to make a video of the vehicle for us which put us at ease about the condition of the car. He gained our trust with his excellent communication skills and with my brother’s negotiating skills we were able to purchase the Mercedes. Andrew always responded promptly to our questions and concerns. We were not familiar how all the paper work would be signed via the computer, but Andrew VERY patiently walked us through each page of the entire process. He even helped line up the transport of the vehicle for us. The Mercedes arrived fine on Sunday July 21.. only one thing - the manuals for the vehicle and the leather folio they come in were not in the vehicle. Andrew assured us he would send them promptly so we can learn how to utilize all of the amazing technology this Mercedes has to offer. It was such a pleasure working with Andrew.
