We had an amazing experience. We drove in from Ontario to find out if we could trade in our 2016 Tucson for a Palisade. Awesome experience! Our salesman was Lucas, our finance guy was Chris, both were awesome and made the whole process enjoyable for my girlfriend and I. Chris in finance was really informative and explained everything through the whole financial process including warranty and other packages we could add if we wanted. I liked his patience as we penny pinched through everything to stay in our budget and never pushed us into a decision we were uncomfortable with. More
