I made an appointment for 7 AM on a Monday morning for June 18, they get my car diagnosed for a noise in the engine bay. I brought the car in for seven. My advisor was Chloe. I checked in periodically aft June 18, they get my car diagnosed for a noise in the engine bay. I brought the car in for seven. My advisor was Chloe. I checked in periodically after four hour wait time in the beginning. I was told that my car wasn’t broad and at that point I then called again at 1 stating they still didn’t have an answer. I finally decided to pick up my car at three I was told that, it could possibly be an alternator now there was no test that they ran nothing to substantiate how they diagnose my car. They charge me $180 to tell me that I think this is the problem. they then wanted $1000 to change out my alternator for parts and labor which you didn’t even need seriously people think before you bring your car. I’ve got my car tested somewhere else the next day not even 24 hours later and it’s passed the test , I feel that this people just take their money. The lady was rude. I will never bring my car back here again. I recommend you don’t as well. poor service Got the alternator tested at advance auto for free, which tells me that I got xxxxx for $180 at Honda of Hartford Communication was bad And robbed nothing to substantiate their claims here’s the proof from them and me passing the test More
