Through no fault of his own, the vehicle I was interested in ended up being sold by another salesperson as we were negotiating a trade in value and a test drive. Obviously there is a flaw in the dealership system that does not identify when a vehicle is being worked on by another salesperson. In this day and age of computers and modernization I have to put the blame entirely on the dealership and their staff for failure to communicate and share information. I did read all the positive recommendations and even had a close friend refer me to the dealership from his personal experience, and I can assure your the wonderful sales folks are top notch. I'm hoping to resolve my current situation with a similar vehicle. More
