We had a wish list and of course a bottom line. Lem went out of his way to tick off all items on the list and to reach a number that we could all be happy with. In the market - test drove a Flex...wonderful experience! My wife and I dropped by one night around 8:30pm to inquire about taking a Flex out for a drive. It was our first stop in evaluating a new vehicle to My wife and I dropped by one night around 8:30pm to inquire about taking a Flex out for a drive. It was our first stop in evaluating a new vehicle to replace our aging MPV. We dealt with Lem and also with Chevy that night. Both men were very friendly and incredibly accommodating, despite the fact that it was nearly closing time. We chatted at length like old friends, not salesmen & buyer. They insisted in bringing out the exact vehicle we'd seen on the web and let us take it out on our own to evaluate it (provided we were back by 9pm :) Long story short - we eventually eliminated the Flex from consideration as we still require more of the functionality a minivan provides, but we really felt comfortable dealing with Lem and Chevy and I'd have no hesitation to go back to them and Erinwood next time we're looking for a new vehicle. More

Good experience Recently purchased a 2016 mustang from this dealership. The dealership was unfortunately going through a major renovation when we decided to purchase Recently purchased a 2016 mustang from this dealership. The dealership was unfortunately going through a major renovation when we decided to purchase the car in Nov 2015. That being said the staff did a great job making the most of the situation and were very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. The gold star goes to Chevon Jackson, who from the beginning was a fantastic person to deal with. He let us try about 4 cars in one afternoon and never for once showed any signs of annoyance or applied any pressure to buy. When it came time to buy he once again took his time and merely facilitated a negotiation to a good deal. He constantly kept my updated on the arrival of my car and made sure everything was ready for delivery. At delivery he brought the car into a well lit garage for us to inspect it and he worked very hard to correct the defects we found! Overall Chevon made the process enjoyable actually. Bory was also very helpful and easy to deal with and did not apply any pressure. During negotiations the manager was okay, only dealt with him over the phone, but he was your typical old-school sales guy with a bit of attitude, impatience and a little arrogance (not as bad as many others), but Chevon handled him well in front of me to keep the experience as a whole excellent. More
