Charlie L was able to help me find the vehicle that suited me in the best way and he has very good integrity. I’ve never seen this truck before that I wanted and I arrived there and everything that Cha suited me in the best way and he has very good integrity. Charlie is a very upstanding person and honest and if you want something in the vehicle, he’s gonna make sure you get what you want and that you are well satisfied because I know I’m satisfied with the purchase I made with him. I’m giving five stars because of the immediate service I received from Charlie! I stopped at this dealership hoping to find a Nissan Rogue Platinum that may have been traded, but because of Charlie’s great received from Charlie! I stopped at this dealership hoping to find a Nissan Rogue Platinum that may have been traded, but because of Charlie’s great customer service he opened my mind to exploring the 2024 Chevy Trax 2RS. I loved everything but the color. I went home and researched it & had pretty much made up my mind, I just wanted a different color. Charlie explored timelines for expected inventory shipments and none aligned with what I needed. I really appreciated his follow-up and timely response when I texted inquiring additional information.
