Cass and the service team did an excellent job in bringing back my Subaru from a failed transmission. Our family has been Subaru owners for 3 generations now. They took this is consideration when g bringing back my Subaru from a failed transmission. Our family has been Subaru owners for 3 generations now. Where do I start; over charged for labour, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete the work but charged me for 2 hours and stated I needed and oil and air filter change when it was just done on 6 days prio and 15 minutes to complete the work but charged me for 2 hours and stated I needed and oil and air filter change when it was just done on 6 days prior. I paid 825$ for my bill and prior to leaving I was told that the battery in my car was tested and it did not pass. Again this battery was tested Monday prior to going to the dealership today and there was absolutely no issues found at that time. I am disgusted with the service. More
