The Tucson I drive is my 3rd. I love the vehicle and now know most of the service people by name. Recently I forgot to unplug my vehicle screwing up my cord and bumper receiver. I I love the vehicle and now know most of the service people by name. Recently I forgot to unplug my vehicle screwing up my cord and bumper receiver. I purchased just the cord and then found out I also needed to replace the end on the bumper. The parts department were awesome, especially Mike. I then met with Dean in the service department who was able to get my vehicle in right away. Thanks to the great service I still had a bill to pay for my screwup but got it fixed almost pain free. GP Hyundai have the best staff. Customer dealing is just excellent. Sonu, Kalila and Britney are amazing. They gave me a very good deal.
