I don't know where to start, I'm still processing my experience, our sales person Chris was nice, then Luther the sales manager came and explain to me everything about the car, the car on line display experience, our sales person Chris was nice, then Luther the sales manager came and explain to me everything about the car, the car on line display a price of $22,299, then they added so many things, example the rims for $1800, (photo online shows the vehicle came with those especific rims, Luther didn't give me an explanation, he said the rims were add ons), a mandatory dealer package fee for $2995, they added gap insurance without mentioning for $1200, and an extended warranty for $2995. I didn't even know what my final number was, just my monthly payment, Marcos the financial manager said it was a good deal, don't play with your money he said, and then I signed, I didn't get a break down, I felt rushed and mislead. I just realized everything that it was added, when i came home and open the UBS, (my final number was $30k), the warranty was mandatory because the bank asked for it, that's what Marcos said, (I just read, you are not required to buy gap insurance, extended warranty or credit insurance), red flags everywhere, I feel so disappointed, they didn't even give me a full tank, only 10 miles worth of gas, one key fob, no mats for my car, just sad. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I sent a request through car. com. I was contacted by Chris who was very nice. I was trying to get a price out the door for a 2021 Toyota tundra. As I live in Jacksonville Florida com. I was contacted by Chris who was very nice. I was trying to get a price out the door for a 2021 Toyota tundra. As I live in Jacksonville Florida coming down before having a final prize was not an option for me. I wanted to know the price before I left Jacksonville. Chris explained to me did you add a protective code to your cars which was an extra $2000. The best I could figure from taxes fees tag title and this protective pack is about 57,000 on them $49,000 truck. But I never got a final number. So I guess I’ll just keep looking till I find one closer to home that I can get a price on that meets my needs. Thank you. More
