I went in looking at options to replace my Explorer and keep payments the same or lower. After a few looks and initial pricing I told Bryan it wasn't going to happen and appreciated the efforts. I got a call back a day later and they had come back with a very good option and "the rest is history", as they say. Bryan and George in the Finance Department were fantastic to work with.
