After talking to salesmen at 3 or 4 other dealers we went to Courtesy and met Bryan. Although we didn’t purchase a vehicle that night, we went home knowing we would be buying a vehicle from Bryan. We didn’t know which vehicle yet but we knew it would be through him. When we picked up our Edge, he showed us so many features and thankfully set up the Bluetooth for us. Will definitely go back to Bryan for our next vehicle. More

A very positive experience...!! Sales Rep (Bryan Williams) took the time to listen to what my requirements needed to be (handicap). He "dumbed down" answers to any question if I did Sales Rep (Bryan Williams) took the time to listen to what my requirements needed to be (handicap). He "dumbed down" answers to any question if I didn't understand (i.e., SYNC). My experience with Matt Armstrong was also very positive as well. both Bryan and Matt had a very good sense of humour and I enjoyed my interaction with them. Only one negative that applies to the Dealership. I found that the snow/ice was not cleared up very well for access to building, especially with my handicap. With all the young guys I saw, I think a better job could have been done. More
