I was right. Jordan was very knowledgeable about the truck and when he didn't know, he asked. Gave him a "want" list of what I was looking for, I believe Bryan searched his inventory and found 1. It had everything and them some. Had my truck evaluated as a trade in and was satisfied after some back and forth with Dan who was also very accommodating and worked with the value I had hoped for. Now it was Bryan's job to figure out financing and the extra's that weren't in the price, he was off on the available interest rate but did come up with the number we wanted so we shook hands with Jordan and said "Deal". Once back at the dealership, we got Chris working on that interest rate and he worked miracles and got it to where we needed it to me. Overall great experience and well worth the drive. More

They are a great team and have helped my othe We have always reccomended Dave Faithful and Edie Lange to our friends who were searching for a vehicle. They are a great team and have helped my other half on multiple truck deals. When I started looking for a car last year I had a huge wish list and Dave let us know when there were similar cars on the lot. We decided to wait a year and revisit the car purchase, that didn't bother Dave at all and he called us a week ago to let us know that there was a car that was perfect on the lot, and the best part was it was a 2014 slightly used (12000km) and a great deal. I drove the car and fell in love. While reviewing the specs on the Island Ford website I realized they had just received the 2015 version of the same car. I applied for the financing thru the contact submission form on the web site and received a prompt response to let me know they received my information and we're working on it. Within hours I received the email saying I was approved. We went that night to look at the car in the flesh and it was perfect. I let Dave know I was going to purchase the car, most of our communication was via text or email which is perfect for someone like me with a hectic lifestyle. We arrived to pick the car up and Edie had the paper work done and ready to be signed. Dave and Edie are a great team, they are genuine people who care about your happiness more than the bottom line. The fact that Dave called a year after the fact to let us know there was a car that met all my search criteria speaks to what a wonderful person he is, he is definetly on top of his game. More
