From my very first email with Demi, than emails with Brittany and finally dealing with Alana face to face has been a wonderful experience! They listened to what we needed/wanted and helped us every step of the way. Kalila (the finance lady) was super professional and answered all our questions with the finance part. Again, we didn’t feel rushed or like they had to move onto the next customer. Alana texted the next day to see how we liked our 2024 Kona, and we love it! This whole team rocks! My wife and I went in to look at a new vehicle, and met a very nice salesman . He was really good . The deal started to fall apart when we were moved to the sales management team. They didn’t want to listen very nice salesman . He was really good . The deal started to fall apart when we were moved to the sales management team. They didn’t want to listen to us , it was really frustrating. We walked out not finding a price that would work for us. A couple days later I get a call saying they have a price that I wouldn’t be able to refuse . It was the exact same price the offered while I was there . Then I receive an email a couple months after offering an extra $1000 off the price . I email her back with the concerns we had , and she just didn’t offer a response . It’s too bad , we would’ve loved to make a deal locally but after this service we’ll be driving to Edmonton More
