I grew up with a grandpa who owned a dealership, and I still have never had a better experience buying a car. AIthough the entire staff was amazing, I spent most of my time with Austin Calfee (sales) and still have never had a better experience buying a car. AIthough the entire staff was amazing, I spent most of my time with Austin Calfee (sales) and Taylor Alton (finance), and they are genuinely so sweet! They explained everything in a digestible way, were patient, and helped make the right decision for our family. They were also very accommodating and offered to send a runner to Nashville for our unique paperwork purposes. Their customer service is unmatched, and we are so happy with our purchase! We are so happy and feel cared for! Thank you to the entire staff, especially Austin and Taylor! More

Extremely satisfied re-peat customers! We have now purchased two vehicles from Toyota of Cleveland. The first was a new 2015 Toyota Tacoma back in 2014. Now, my wife and I purchased a 2024 We have now purchased two vehicles from Toyota of Cleveland. The first was a new 2015 Toyota Tacoma back in 2014. Now, my wife and I purchased a 2024 Toyota Highlander XSE. The whole experience was fantastic. Bridget started off the process by keeping an eye out for a Highlander of our desire to be delivered to the dealer. Tyler took over from there. Tyler was extremely easy to deal with, and a fantastic communicator through the whole process. Taylor was very good at explaining everything back in finance. There was no pressure during the entire process. Toyota, these are the types of folks you need dealing with your customers every day. We love Toyota, and these guys give us reason to keep doing so! More

We have bought several vehicles from Toyota of Cleveland now and the service is amazing. Very friendly staff. Josh was great. He worked with me to find what I needed and wanted.
