My experiences with Tameron has been nothing but good from start to finish. The refreshments were a very nice touch and were greatly appreciated. Perhaps fresh donuts for,unlike me, early birds . I did not feel pressured to purchase additional products or services. Everything was explained to me in detail. The facilities were clean and safe. I would not have any reluctance for my wife or daughter to sit while out car is being serviced at Tameron. As I initially stated, from purchasing our car from Tameron, to the next few services, we've had nothing but good things to say about Tameron Hondai in Hoover AL. More

Very unhappy with issues I’ve had with my last car and my current car, both bought from Tameron Hyundai. Ended up traded in my last car, because the engine was messed up, causing me to accrue even more negat current car, both bought from Tameron Hyundai. Ended up traded in my last car, because the engine was messed up, causing me to accrue even more negative equity and another big down payment. The transmission is acting up on my new car and the problems started at only 6,000 miles. When I expressed what the issues were, I was told repeatedly that his (service guy) wife has the same car and that they couldn’t find anything wrong with mine, His wife having the same type car is irrelevant. They treated me and talked to me (via text) like they did not believe me and were calling me a liar. Their solution was to sell my car back to them or trade it in, both of which would cause me to go another $15K - $20K in the hole, not to mention a large down payment and 4 monthly payments I’ve made on it that would all be wasted. After about 7 years or more of doing business with Tameron, I won’t go back, and I will find a different location for service. More
